Throughout the year there's been a few colour trends, in the summer it was Barbie pink and now the hottest shade for AW23 is red! The colour trends have metaphorically been a joyful 'jog-on' from those grey lockdown days and it just goes to show how much of an influence colourful clothing has on our morale. Well, what's so special about red? Red is a colour that the brain recognises faster than any other colour, which is why it's often used for 'stop' traffic lights, danger signs and fast food chain logos - so we can react with them immediately. In other words, it's one of the best colours to wear if you're wanting to make an entrance or a statement, whilst adding elegance and power to a look.
